About the class
Kitchen Utensils
In this one day class, we'll learn some methods and processes for making your own kitchen utensils. Not only are these small projects a great way to use up scrap wood, but they are beautiful handmade objects that can make every day life a little more special. We will learn how to safely and effectively use the bandsaw to remove material, and learn different methods for shaping including tabletop and bench sanders, as well as more traditional carving techniques. We have plenty of options to choose from, and everyone will be able to make several of their favorite kitchen tools.
